However I mentioned the PS2 splitscreen only because there's a lot of people who don't know that it does not exist for PC. personally, I never used it since I was happy with the game as it was. I don't mean it in terms of split screen gameplay, I mean half the screen with the sweetfx on and half without it. Unfortunately what is is showing me is that the settings are only being applied in the set-up part of the game like the instant action selection screen or the galactic conquest map. It is something I (and probably a lot of people use) to decide if the settings they have come up with look better compared to the regular game. There is a setting in it called 'split screen' which shows you half of the screen with the FX applied and the other half just the vanilla game. I was actually talking about a setting in sweetfx an FX injector which lets you add things like extra anti-aliasing, bloom, lighting FXs etc. I wrote a bit more of a technical explanation below in case anyone can offer any helpful hints.
